Shipping policy

English translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German original; in the event of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

DELIVERY AREA
We deliver within Austria and to selected other EU countries. The applicable delivery area and shipping costs are shown to you during the order process before you complete your order.

SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping costs are shown transparently in the cart and at checkout. The following standard shipping costs apply:

Austria: € 7.50 per order – free shipping from € 150 order value.
Selected EU countries: € 10.00 per order – free shipping from € 150 order value.
The total amount payable including shipping is shown to you before you place a binding order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Austria usually takes place within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to other countries may differ. Please refer to any notice in the shop regarding public holidays or differing times.

AVAILABILITY / TEMPORARILY SOLD-OUT ITEMS
Availability is stated on the respective product page. For temporarily unavailable items, you will find the expected restocking or delivery date there, where known.

PASSING OF RISK
For consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only upon handover of the goods to you or to a third party named by you who is not the carrier. Towards businesses, the risk passes as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier as soon as possible and also contact us (office@mophys.io). Failing to report this has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights, but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.
