Refund policy

English translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German original; in the event of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

This policy applies to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Businesses (e.g. physiotherapy practices ordering for their commercial operations) have no statutory right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG); the provisions of our Terms and Conditions apply to them.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (for several goods in one order: from taking possession of the last item).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

EXCLUSION / EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (§ 18 para. 1 no. 5 FAGG). This applies in particular to our sterile or hygienically individually packaged medical devices (e.g. needles, cupping accessories): once the sealed individual or protective packaging has been opened, a return is excluded for hygiene reasons. Unopened, originally sealed goods may be returned within the deadline.
